Every order passes incoming material inspection, in-process QC, and pre-shipment inspection before it leaves our facility.

Production Pipeline

Project Review

File verification, platform compatibility check, and quotation.

Sample Production

10–15 days. Shell, label, and packaging samples for approval.

Bulk Manufacturing

15–30 days. Full production with in-process QC.

Pre-Ship QC

Final inspection, export packing, and shipping.

Quality Control Workflow

  • Incoming Material Inspection: All components (PCBs, shells, labels) verified against specifications before production begins
  • In-Process QC: Regular checks during assembly — solder joints, IC programming verification, shell fit
  • Pre-Shipment Inspection: AQL sampling on finished units before packing. Functional test, cosmetic check, and packaging verification

What to Expect

Sample Stage

You receive physical samples for approval. Confirm shell color, label print quality, and packaging details before bulk production starts.

Bulk Stage

After sample approval and deposit, production runs 15–30 days. Progress updates available on request.

RFQ Review Process

When you submit an RFQ, our technical team reviews:

  • Project file compatibility with target platform
  • PCB requirements and IC programming specifications
  • Shell and packaging requirements
  • Timeline feasibility
  • Shipping destination and export requirements
