Our Position

RetroForge Supply operates a strictly compliant, factory-grade supply chain. We manufacture physical media exclusively for:

• Licensed titles with verified authorization
• Homebrew creators with original content
• Customer-owned ROM projects with confirmed rights

Client Responsibilities

Clients retain sole responsibility for securing all intellectual property rights, artwork permissions, and ROM licenses before physical production begins on our assembly lines.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Game software / ROM licensing
• Artwork and label design rights
• Manual and packaging artwork rights
• Trademark and brand usage rights

Our Rights

RetroForge Supply reserves the right to refuse or cancel any project where IP ownership cannot be verified. We do not provide or source ROM files — all project files must be supplied by the client.

Production Records

We maintain production records for each project, including client declarations of IP ownership. These records are available for audit by rights holders upon legitimate request.
